These are my thoughts as a writer and as a Political Activist on the upcoming Inauguration
of
President Elect Barack Obama.
I know that I kid around a lot on this blog and my short stories are all about ghosts and zombies, cannibals and Werewolves but hey, sometimes you have to sit down and just reflect-
no matter how crazy things are around or inside of you.
This is what I’ve come up with- it took a lot of thought and I put more into it then most of other attempts at ‘serious writing’.
Okay.
This is me turning into a Political Blowviating Blogger
for this one time and one time only
and
it will never happen again because doing this type of writing was too hard:::

Hi N.M. and Kitty!
Kitty, can you believe it? After what everyone has been through that something has changed? Like we say its possible but how often did it happen…yeah enough times to make you think it wouldn’t. I’m still feeling sick but I am going to celebrate on Tuesday no matter what.
N.M. It won’t be a party without you that’s for sure, so keeps us in those thoughts!
It is still feeling absolutely breathtakingly wonderful!
We’re having a little inauguration gathering at work (no, you didn’t hear me say the “P” word would be happening on company time)… anyway, instead of all of us watching the swearing in on our indvidual computers, we are going to hook up one to a projector and all watch it together.
Watching history unfolding is best done in a crowd.
