
As a Mortician’s Apprentice I’ve heard all sorts of sad and tragic stories about the drama that can happen at a funeral.
Consider what happened at the services held for Larry LaPrise, the
man that wrote ‘The Hokie
Pokey’ who died peacefully at the age of 93 back in 1996.
The most traumatic part for his family was getting him
into
the coffin.
They put his left leg in.
And then the
trouble
started……….
Oh that is a terrible joke. Yet I am laughing.

But the Last laugh is on the people who that I know who were passing this around- they didn’t know Larry died back in 1996 , so I changed it a little and posted it here.

It is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which
