Today I read about a dog

that has been so mistreated by people

she can’t trust humans anymore.

That lack of trust could kill her.

Inhumanity.

It’s a disease.

And it’s spreading.

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — For two months, a stray dog has suffered.

Saga of suffering dog has a happy ending

A stray dog that has suffered with a twisted chain tightly wrapped around her neck for two months has been captured by King County Animal Control and is now recovering, officials said.
