At least that’s what I think she’s doing…I mean, she’s kicking a basketball against the side of her house and mumbling, ” Jesus Christ ” over and over again- so I’m going to do a ” Sux Report ” because she’s not paying attention to her writing at the moment.
Okay here it goes:
When a latte liberal tells you she’s been on ” Diversity things…you know like committees since the 60’s and NONE of them ever worked so what’s the point in helping THOSE PEOPLE when it’s obvious they’re just not into it”

In my experience, the people who boast the most about how liberal and open-minded they are, are actually some of the most narrow minded bigoted people around. In fact, I submit to you that many “liberals” would rather give a “hand out” rather than a “hand up” to marginalized peoples because giving a “hand out” keeps those marginalized peoples dependent and submitted, whereas giving a “hand up” empowers those peoples– and that scare the crap out true bigots.

Snicker, snicker, snicker. So true, so true. And like Lori, I love the term Latte Liberals. I’m very familiar with them. Their prefered range seems to be college campuses – at least in my experience.
I have a wondering thought that has been going on for years. I cant understand how we talk and what makes the words come out and we do not even have to think about it It has been driving me crazy for years. Is this a normal question or is it very bizarre for me to wonder?
