  2. “My first Doctor” was Jon Pertwee – because those happened to be the eps my husband had on ancient VHS tapes. I watched those when I was in grad school and I can thank Doctor #3 for keeping me sane.

    • My best friend was a Tom Baker Fan- and I still have the tapes that I borrowed from him back in the early 80’s.
      So that’s how I got hooked.

      He’s not getting them back though= when he was in England and saw the announcement about David Tennant landing the role of the Doctor he called me up and said that the new Doctor was prettier then me.

      He is NEVER getting those tapes back now.
