This is Chef Duff.
He owns a bakery called Charm City Cakes ( they’ve got a show on the Food Network called “Ace of Cakes”), he’s a rock musician, a sculptor and for his birthday his staff made him a cake in the shape of a giant meatball.
It had a fork sticking out of the top.
If you haven’t seen Ace of Cakes- , I feel sorry for you. Do you know in one episode the Charm City Cakes staff made a cake in the shape of a Shark Ray?
Oh …any baker could do that you say.
And I’d say- well maybe- but how many Bakers would deliver the cake to the aquarium and then get into the tank and swim with the real shark?
In fact…a tank full of sharks?
Yeah.
That’s what I thought.
Now, check it out ACE OF CAKES (tv site)
Until you see this show it’s possible your life will lack meaning.
So for heavens sake watch it!

Sound good. I like cakes. pitty we have no TV here.
How have you been?
I’m having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that you watch the food network…. they don’t have a show about Pez and Prinkles, do they? Oh wait….that would be Semi-Homemade with that blonde chick….
Those cakes are incredible. BTW I found yours – The Exorcist cake.
I would have to put a cake like that on the mantlepiece and never eat it.
PS: I love their website. If I had a $1000 for a cake, I’d get either the “Flamin’ Heart” or “Muertos” in chocolate expresso.
Hi Fevah and welcome back!
Cle- that Exorcist cake? The head spins around. It was just AMAZING.
Actually Lori- there’s a show called Unwrapped and they did a segment on the history of PEZ AND Pringles…oh yes they did.
I love the Food Channel- they have some neat shows and the people? Wonderfully Cook-ey.
Yes, Unwrapped! Of course. And they did an episode a while back on deep friend twinkies too.
I can see you in the kitchen…. yes, I can:

The head turns around. Of course it does. It just gets better.
