Reminds me of Tavis Smiley last Thursday at the Democratic Forum telling one of the candidates they couldn’t go over the 1 minute time limit and then saying “If you were Paris Hilton, you could have an hour, but you’re not”. He was being facetious, of course, making a point, a sad but true point. But hey, gotta keep people from turning the channel, right? Thanks, amm

I missed the forum live but I’m going to catch it this week.
I guess Paris gets to me because of all the human beings on this planet we’re supposed to be looking eyes forward at her.
Kills me…and when this reporter tore up that story you could tell she was worried and the guys? They weren’t supporting her, they were egging her on- which is different.
But I’m glad she did it, I know how hard it is to take a stand. That, I think, is something a lot of us can relate to.
Being told you’re better and more important then anyone else alive?
Nope, can’t wrap my mind around that one.
